How long does my order take to ship?

Keep It SLO products are made to order — meaning each item is printed and fulfilled by our production partner specifically for you. Here's what to expect:

Production takes 2–7 business days, then shipping time is added on top. For most U.S. orders, you're looking at 7–12 business days total from order to doorstep. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently ship within the U.S. only. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping is available.

What is your return policy? 

Because every item is made on demand just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We encourage you to check the sizing guide on each product page before ordering.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed, we'll make it right — no hassle. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
